Karda is a professional networking company. The purpose of the Website is to promote the Karda network and to showcase the skills, experience and services in which individual members of the network are experienced. Karda is not a consultancy, an advisory firm or a financial services company, and Karda does not itself provide financial, consultancy, advisory or other professional services.
Members of the Karda network are independent professionals who provide their services in their own right. Any services described on the Website are services that individual members may provide, and any engagement of a network member will be agreed and contracted directly between that member (or the member’s own service company) and the engaging organisation under a separate written agreement. Karda is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of, any such engagement.
Nothing on the Website creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between Karda and any network member, or between Karda and any visitor to the Website. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or forms part of any contract.

The content of the Website is provided for general information purposes only, to promote the network and the experience of its members. It does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Karda is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not carry on any regulated activity. References on the Website to financial management, M&A and related disciplines describe areas of professional experience held by individual network members and do not constitute the provision of financial services by Karda.

Figures published on the Website relating to investment governed, transaction values, savings delivered, assets under management impacted, geographic coverage and combined experience are aggregate figures drawn from the collective career histories of network members, including work undertaken prior to and independently of the Karda network. They are provided for illustrative purposes, do not represent results delivered by Karda as an entity and are not a guarantee or indication of future outcomes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a consumer resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
