Network Co-Founder
Technology Finance, Cost Transformation and Programme Control Specialist
OVERVIEW
Sunny is a technology finance leader specialising in cost transformation, financial governance and programme control. Operating at CFO, COO and ExCo level, he has spent over 30 years embedding disciplined financial control into the most complex technology transformation, separation and M&A programmes in global Tier 1 banking. Working front-to-back across Front Office, Finance, Technology and Operations, he translates strategy into controlled delivery and measurable outcomes, keeping multi-billion-dollar programmes on track and under budget.
Most recently he led technology finance on a c.$10bn cross-border banking divestment, owning programme financial governance and control through to completion. He is an embedded operator, not an external advisor — applying control, judgement and execution where cost discipline and benefits realisation define success.
