Marcin is an operations and finance specialist with more than 18 years’ experience delivering business management functionality to technology, regulatory and front office transformation programmes.

Working closely with business stakeholders and programme teams he delivers KPI reporting frameworks, investment appraisals, workforce management, vendor management, risk frameworks and global planning processes.

Most recently he manages M&A finance for the technology insurance business covering transaction service agreements, external billing, migration planning, and stranded cost analysis. He combines business management, KPI metrics, and programme finance expertise to help organisations navigate complex change at a rapid pace.
