He has worked closely with C-suite and ExCo stakeholders to translate strategy into controlled delivery, strong governance and measurable business value across programmes spanning up to 76 countries. 

Previously a founder and COO of a digital bank, he built the operating and control foundations of the business, leading operating model, finance, risk, compliance and governance design through launch, go-live and customer onboarding. He combines global transformation, M&A and greenfield leadership with a strong track record of financial, operational and value delivery impact.
