Andrew is a specialist with 20 year’s experience in technology finance, M&A cost governance and COO business management, with deep experience delivering financial control across global banking and financial services technology environments. He has worked closely with CIO, COO, Finance, Programme and Procurement stakeholders to translate complex technology change, divestiture activity and global cost bases into clear financial plans, controlled delivery and senior decision-making across large-scale technology functions.
He has led financial management, cost governance, workforce planning, recharge review and senior MI across major technology functions. He combines M&A Technology Finance, technology COO discipline and executive-level financial insight with a strong track record of bringing clarity, control and commercial judgement to high-value, high-complexity environments.
